we've been through this before,
i told you what i wanted,
you agreed to make the terms mine,
you shed tears to convince me,
i believed you,
now we've regressed to the same old problem,
i dont know what to do,
how could you leave me alone?
and then act like nothing happened?
you don't even know that something's bothering me,
not till someone else points it out to you,
you have no clue what makes me tick,
what i like,
what i dont,
but this will pass,
i'll sulk for a few days,
then something else will come along,
i'll get over this,
i'll be happy,
and you'll never know anything happened;
but if only you'd close your eyes and listen,
then there'd be no bitterness at all.
